Great product for a great price

 

I bought this headset over 2 years ago and it finally crapped out on me, but for a $45 investment in a headset that is light, comfortable and has pretty decent sound quality; I will gladly buy it again.

- easy plug and play setup - above average sound quality - comfortable lightweight design makes you forget that you're wearing them - folds up to a nice compact size to save space when put away

- battery life could be better - range isn't great

Customer service is horrible. I asked for a simple repair and they wanted a PID number that does not exist on the head phones. I took pictures of head phones showing no physical damage, no missing stickers, all other kind of numbers but no PID..after...

The wireless range is good. Not much beyond that

Not the most comfortable, fits on the ear not over, sometimes you have to turn the unit on and off multiple times for it to sync with USB receiver. At times you need to unplug the usb receiver for the sync to take place. Battery life is poor at best.
