MEElectronics Atlas review: Striking looks and decent sound

In the days when Dr. Dre was "just" a producer and not yet an electronics design billionaire, headphones looked pretty ordinary. They were usually black -- or in Apple's case, white -- and were more practical than flashy. With the coming of Beats,...

The MEElectronics Atlas headphones sound very good for the price and are particularly suited to rock and dance. The detachable cable features a flat design that's tangle-free; the volume control will work with pretty much everything; ventilated earpads...

Design is a little gaudy; the soundstage is of the "in your head" variety and lacks detail; overly warm bass; Sound isolation isn't as good as other headphones.

The MEElectronics Atlas offer distinctive looks, a full suite of features, and sound quality that can't be faulted at this price.

"MEElec Atlas - welcome to a whole new world of music!"

Just look at them - simply gorgeous

The sound isn't completely balanced, with the bass and highs slightly overshadowing the mids

Great headphones

These head phones have an awesome design, and I really like the cable. It's a flat cable which is tangle resistant; it hasn't gotten tangled up at all in the few months that I've had it

They start to hurt my ears after an hour or two of use

Headphones

These headphones are okay for like an Ipod or something, but even then the cord is so short you might have to hold it in your hand because it won't work in your pocket.

They look decent

The earphones are tiny ; which cause your ears to be sore after about 20 minutes ; The microphone worked I think once I have a 8.1 windows computer I don't know what changed but I can no longer get mic to work ; The cord is way too short which is a...
