Review: Motorola HS810

The Motorola HS810 Bluetooth headset was the winner of our four headset roundup, besting the Plantronics M3500, Tekkeon EZtalker, and the Tekram TM-312.

Motorola HS-810 Bluetooth Headset

I searched for one of these when mine quit charging. I've had it 2 1/2 years and I'm going to be lost without it until the one I just ordered gets to me. I hate to drive without it and I don't have a spare so I'm stuck for now. I can hear in the car or...

Good range and battery lasts longer than the cell phone. Clear sound and fast hook ups. I've used one two years and just got another one because mine won't charge now. Love it dearly

I have small ears so it is a little loose. Sunglasses fixes that right up. You can't turn off the blue light but I can't see it so I don't care if someone else can

Motorola HS-810 Bluetooth Headset

I've used this on my 1 hr each way commute for a couple months now, and it is a tough guy. I just keep in next to my shift knob so it gets hot in the car all day but it still works fine. Lasts a long time between charges.

Compact, stylish, fairly comfortable.

Not quite loud enough with a lot of road noise, hard to time the first "voice command," usually have to wait for the 2nd time it beeps to talk.

Motorola HS-810 Bluetooth Headset

Overall the product is very good. Although, sometimes there is little distortion when listening. The case is handy to protect it when not in use.

Motorola HS-810 Bluetooth Headset

I recommend this bluetooth over all the others as the mike can open and close to shut off the the bluetooth and put in back on.

It is very light weight and easy to put on the ear. The button is easy to answer calls from.

If using with the Nokia, you can only have 10 voice tags as a motorola you can voice tag all in your contacts.

Motorola HS-810 Bluetooth Headset

I own two of these head sets (office & car). I recommend this headset for office/inside use. For use in a car, I would NOT recommend this one as the sound can sometimes be a bit low even on the highest setting; it depends on the call. For a car, I...

Good size/weight/styling. Stays connected even when I move from home office on second floor to first floor of home (wood construction).

Could be a bit louder for use in the car, especially at highway speeds. Lacks some functionality with my phone (Motorola MPX220), but I believe that is due to phone limitations and not the HS-810. Some static during some calls even when only 2-3 feet aw

Motorola HS-810 Bluetooth Headset

other than that minor weakness, this headset is the best i've tried. don't even get nokia bluetooth (not worth it). the sound quality doesn't compare to this motorola headset. plus it looks cool! i just keep the case attached to my belt all the time,...

folding boom, great sound quality, low price, worked perfectly with my nokia 6600. useful case.

getting a phone call when folded closed, there is about a 2-3 second delay for the headset to answer after opening the boom.
