Easy to set up and instructions easy to understand

If we have another older IntelliTouch Music on Hold device go out on us I would replace it with the OHP8000.

It was easy to upload the music we want to the flash drive that came with the equipment. The person who had to install it at the store was able to do so without calling us for help at the help desk

I had to rename all the preloaded music to have music we already had be first but when calls are put on hold it seems that the preloaded music is playing and not our music. It would seem that it does not go back to the beginning it plays continuously....

Works like a charm!

Easy to use, really simple to set up the music. It was also cheap. We were using a device that was $80/month because they gave us music updates. Got rid of it and the service fees for this device and havne't looked back. We could have licensed tons of...

The software that comes with it was a little difficult. To do the voiceover you had to add the voice multiple times for the length of the music. So if you had 4 songs, you might have 10 voiceovers added to the selection instead of just the 1.
