Nokia HS-23 Stereo Earset

So I've now already been through two of these, and in both cases the pop-port plug did a great job of breaking off whenever I try to take the **** thing off my phone. Thought it was a defective unit at first, but after the same thing happened on the...

It does, in fact, work. I can get stereo sound through the headphones, and I can speak into the mic & people can hear me

Sound quality, pop-port plug

Nokia HS-23 Stereo Earset

I have purchased these before. My original set "shorted-out" because I was positioning the wire in a tight spot in my bag. I've had my phone for almost two years, and I love these headphones for it. Will continue to own (or re-purchase, if necessary)...

In-line volume control. Ability to change radio stations

Not good for use when receiving a call - callers can never hear what I'm saying - too noisy

Nokia HS-23 Stereo Earset

This is a walkman type stereo ear bud headset with a neck strap so it is very cumbersome. I only use it in the car because I commute through Washington DC and they have a hands free law so I have to have this. As far as I could tell, this is the only...

Works with the Nokia 6102. Lets you use the radio. Button to hang up or activate voice dial

Volume is low. A lot of ambient noise is picked up through the microphone; this makes the sound quality bad. Cumbersome

Nokia HS-23 Stereo Earset

The headphones are fine for sitting around and listening to music but not very good if you are active while listening. If you just want handsfree, get a mono ear bud.

The sound quality is great and the microphone picks up well

The wires are difficult to untangle and the microphone bounces around if you try to jog with them

Nokia HS-23 Stereo Earset

I have a Nokia 6255i that has mp3 capabilities and I wanted to access that from the phone. To have stereo sound you are quite limited to the choices you have to get it since to receive it you have to attach to the nokia port. Well for 8.00 shipped this...

Works well for stereo sound

Nokia HS-23 Stereo Earset

Excellent piece of headset when you don't want to spend money on a bluetooth headset. I only wish the volume control on the headset would work so that, it'll be more convenient to adjust level of sounds I want to hear.

Very stylish and convenient. Sounds work great

Volume control doesn't work

Nokia HS-23 Stereo Earset

Got it for $8 online. Works as advertised. The only issue is that it gets tangled up when you put it in your pocket. This headset has a neckstrap which is convenient for holding the earbuds when you need to take them off momentarily, but they add to...

Good sound, inexpensive, cord length is just long enough, volume control, switches from radio to phone calls with button click

Untangling the cord is a pain. Build quality seems substandard; my cord developed a short after about 6 months of use

The problem of accidentally dialling up any number from your contact list is a real pain in the neck its potentially a very embarrassing problem if your phone rings your boss at 2am on Sunday morning as mine did.

Small and simple

If the button is accidentally pressed it will dial numbers from your contact list.

This headset is a good headset in terms of sound quality and overall quality and robustness. I absolutely love the fact that it sits around your neck, I haven't wanted to go back to normal earphones since! However I have not been able to find this item...

Comfy to wear Good microphone that cuts out outside noise Sits around neck so the earpeaces don't fall down when you've not got them in your ears Volume control

Push to talk button in volume control, keep pressing by accident
