If you want something to last this is it!

My Philips SBCHC8440/34 headphones are about as good as it gets. I have punished them for the past (nearly) 4 years & only had one minor issue. The charging jack which goes into the headset became slightly oxidised after 3 years constant use, but after...

Have passed the test of time

I bought these on special for around $80 4 or 5 years ago and thought oh well, if they last a year, I'll have got my moneys worth. It didn't look good for a while as after about a few months they developed a crackle from a lose wire, so you'd have to...

Realatively cheap, cordless, rechargeable. Good range.

They don't last forever.

Philips SBCHC8440/34 Headphones

This both a review and a cry for help. I have had the headphones for close to 2 years but used them less than 5 times. On the last occasion I realized that I did not get the cable to recharge them. Now I can't find a replacement anywhere. I enjoyed...

Did as stated. Worked well across the house

No recharge cable supplied, heavy and traps heat.

I can walk from room to room with headphones on. Simple to use. Does the job.

Quite bulky and if worn for lengthy periods can become a bit uncomfortable.

Good

I have been using it for quite sometime, it provides very good range, and when fully charged, it would last for very long time, so i have never met a situation such that the battery is flat when i want to use it. It is very hot to wear it in summer,...

Good range, I could use it all over my house, upstairs, downstairs, gardens. Long battery life. Auto-off if no signal. Durable

Too hot to wear sometimes. a bit heavy. a bit too big in size. Signal can be affected by some electronic devices, and powerline.

Nice design,comfortable to wear.

I wanted a good quality wireless head set for recording musicla instruments, as wires kept distracting me while playing.I have had a relatively cheap old set of Koss headphones, but the volme levels and bass response is way better than these.
