Sound Quality could be better but for gym and running , they do the job

Very much dependent on your individual ear shape but could be a bit uncomfortable after sustained periods of time.

There easy to use and fit well in ears. Plenty of wire.

They don't stay in my ears very well and I have to keep pushing them back in.

The earphones stay a lot better in your ears than normal earphones. The clip means that the wire doesn't flap around.
