I gave the product 3 stars because, for me, this product didn't work. If you have smaller ears you just cannot get those earbuds to go in or stay in. My fiance has used them without any problems but prefers earbuds without the ear strap. Unfortunately...

Product began to crackle after just a few weeks, previous headphones lasted 1 -2 years before they did this. Poor value for money, not getting this brand again

These headphones are so comfortable. So easy to wear too, you don't know you have them on....
