The microphone plug is only about 6 inches from the headphone plug. A PIA if you have a headset jack at the front of your PC but only have a mic jack in the back

The mic didn't work on mine. I say another review that had the same problem. To me, if an item is defective out of the box, it's junk

in-line volume/mute control, shirt clip, over-the-head headset. connectors clearly marked. long cable. great response range

slightly tinny ( trebble ) sounding at first. earphones are a little tight and uncomfortable for long-term wear with glasses

I have tried it on my z series hp laptop, and it works well the volume is good and the mike works. I have not tried it for its intended purpose yet. Skype

Lightweight for their sound (good bass, but drivers aren't too heavy). Mic sound is very good. Inline volume control comes in hany. Ear cups have a universal joint in them (doesn't pinch your ear). Mic swivels out of your way to drink

Cloth/foam ear padding is comfortable for long periods of time, but you really can't clean them. I had these for probably two years, and _babied_ the cord, but the mic eventually broke. I suspect it was due to swiveling the mic out of the way too much....

Crisp sound, good bass reflex, comfortable on the cranium! Mic picks up well, have no more complaints of not understanding me anymore

cord seems to like to rap around its self now after much movement, but I do claim that might be my ignorance in wrapping the cord up
