Not clear installation guidance, uncomfortable design, bad hearing

This unit has a good range and has given me freedom which has helped me to multi-task much more. (please dont't tell the wife). :-)

Allow's you the freedom to move around without missing calls,you dont have to be sat infront of the computer and can answer by clicking on the ear piece.

I wear it as an earpiece rather than a headset and sometimes it can be a bit uncomfortable

boom mike becomes detached from over the ear head set very easy. tricky to get the setting of sound vs talking correct. can't use the mute button on our phone (Orchid DX800) with this headset. Mute button on phone not easy to operate.
