Love the wireless freedom

a little pricey but worth the freedom of wires. Be sure to do some test calls to get the fine tuning done before you need to use it for a real call.

No wires, excellent range, excellent sound/volume. Ability to use two separate adjustments (course/fine) for volume and mic gain makes getting the right settings possible for most anyone.

when I use the mute button on my phone for any period of time, then un-mute, the ear-piece echos my voice for a while until it can auto adjust again.

Excellent

This thing is great. I had the CS55 previously, and it's sound quality was great, but the comfort sucks. The CS70 has both.

Great range, excellent comfort.

Sound gets a bit distorted if you turn it up too much. You can also hear your voice echo just a hint if you completely crank up the volume on the headset itself. Doesn't happen if you use your phone's volume to make adjustments

Run Amok AND help clients

This headset is so light weight that I forget about it and leave work with it on sometimes. Hands free is the best: I can make appointments without wedging the phone between my shoulder and ear (no more neck aches!) and I can answer the phone from...

Decent phone

I've had this phone for coming on two years and it has its strengths and weaknesses, many of which are tied to the Windows Mobile OS. The pullout keyboard is great, I'm able to get a pretty decent word-per-minute rating going with it. Unfortunately I...

Plantronics + DECT 6.0 = Poor Reception

I have been using a GN Netcom 2.4GHz 9120-FLEX Wireless Headset for the past couple of years and have been extremely impressed with the distance that I can travel from the base unit. I work in a large office building and the 9120 headset gets good...

This is a great solution for virtual office workers

For over a year now I have been looking for a good wireless headset solution to use at home, in a virtual office environment. Wired headsets are a hassle. You get tangled up in the cord and you have to keep the attached cordless phone with you at all...

Great sound quality, many fitting options. Comfortable

Expensive. Cannot be used with cordless or cellular telephones

When you first use this cellphone you think it's the greatest thing in the world. However, once you leave town you realize it is not good at it's primary purpose, that being a cellphone! It is guilty of dropped calls and is a pain to dial using the...

Excellent audio, poor range, not an "out of the box" experience

After many disappointments with corded and wireless headsets and the unavailability of a Bluetooth™ option for our phone system, I purchased the CS70 because of its use of the 6.0 DECT (1.9 GHz) band, digitally-encrypted audio (Essential for our health...

Good if you like Microsoft mobile

Overall pretty good, especially if you are replacing an older PDA or the like and want to avoid carrying multiple devices. I have had CE and pocket PC PDAs but never a phone. So far, the OS is improved. I didn't like the defaults much but over came...

Over-priced junk.

It's junk.

It does work, range seems decent, and it's comfortable

Microphone picks up noise, can't pick up/hang up calls, won't ring in your ear
