Too expensive, would have expected a much better product after paying $25 after shipping for a headset!

Audio output is great, can really hear loud and clear. The earpeice sits comfortably in the ear (you almost can't tell it's there). Shame about the mic!

Mic is terrible, tried this on the house phone and on two mobiles with the exact same results. The mic is covered and even though you can angle the mic close to your mouth it is still too quiet for the listener to hear you properly. I suspect the "wind...

Very comfortable, can use with glasses on since the mount hugs your ear from underneath.

Microphone does not pick up sound quite as well as it should. Every now and then people complain about not being able to hear me well.

cheap, not 100% (maybe80)

plantronics packaging always says 'the technology that went to the moon on the first moon landing'. Well their technology is not going into space these days which is why their stuff is selling for $15.

cheap. sound is good both ways for a cheap headset. But for slightly louder, cleaner signal go for the creme de la cremetooth and get the motorola 710

people say they can hear me fine but that my voice is quiter than before. Could also be a pro for people who find me annoying.

Better choice than 505

Bought one for my wife and another for a Christmas gift, 3 in all.

On off and hold for voice commands button make this a much better choice than the MX505. Sound is good coming and going.

Corded, if you like wireless, but I prefer the wire.

nice design, "just OK" sound quality

did the mute/volume control have to be so big? I'd have to say don't waste your money

cool design overall, earpiece very easy comfortable fit with little or no movement, very light. Sound quality listening very good... pluggin this into a SPA942 IP phone

Sound quality on other end questionable, other parties complained of tinniness, switching to handset got an ""Oh that's better!"" right away.

Great for the price

I travel a ton for work. In the car a lot and highway road noise is an issue. While this headset doesn't make it too much easier to hear, ppl can hear me just fine. I'm pleased for the money. (side note: I prefer wired over wireless due to quality of...

Great price point. Volume/mute on wire. Great sound quality for both near and far end communication. Solid fit and stays put. Great wind noise reduction. Easy to flip from one ear to the other. Extra voice tube is nice!

Not the most comfortable fit for long periods of time, but not bad. Easy to swap ears for another 3 hours of usage!

Very happy with this headset

I'm very happy with this headset. When I got a new phone, I was disappointed to find that my old headset (an older Plantronics model) was essentially unusable (low volume to my ear). This headset is comfortable and has good sound. I just wish...

Inexpensive. Good volume and sound to my ear. Microphone works well in noisy environment (my convertable).

Needed an adapter to make it work with my Cingular/AT&T 8125 smartphone.
