Easy to use. The sound quality is good

The earpiece design needs looking at The unit needs to fit snugly inside the ear but the design prevents this and therefore it can slip out with a loss of volume etc.

Lightweight, easy to set and use, good storage charging base. Excellent range. Easy to use answer button on earpiece.

No dial facility, need to complete the outgoing call, all number options etc on main phone before connecting.

Works effectively once you've figured out how to use it.

Unbelievably poor instruction manual, doesn't even tell you basic infromation such as how to make an outgoing call or how long the battery lasts on a charge. Still have no idea how to replace battery! Very poor sound quality on earpiece - very low...

Neat design, comfortable to wear, looks great on the desk in it's charging dock. Very easy to transfer call from handset to headset. Seemingly everlasting charge, can easily talk for over an hour and not be out of charge.

A lot less distance than advertised before you are out of range, just one wall in between and even only10 feet away and you have to suffer the beep beep during your conversation to advise you are too far from the base. Haven't thus far been able to...

-Contains various ear pieces so you'll find a fit for your ear whatever te size. -battery life is good, on a full charge you'll easily get 3 hours talk time. -light weight

-if you walk away from the base you'll get a continuall beeping noise with the other party keeps on thinking is the call waiting signal.

Clear sound, easy to set up and use and very comfortable - makes long, dull conference calls almost bearable.

Nice design

Too big for little ears and doesn't have anywhere near the range it is supposed to have. Overall quite disappointing for an expensive product
