I read many reviews complaining about issues with the mic or sound quality and after trying i can say that none of them are true, at least in my experience.

If this is anything like the mouse uninstall the razer software and reset all the drivers back to stock... i have the swtor mouse and every time id restart my computer when i pressed and of the 12 buttons on the side it would restart my computer......
