Sound quality, to me, is not really phenomenal. I am comparing it with the simple SONY white earbuds I have and this one emphasizes different sounds, so it could be that I'm not really used to it. However, it's not really "crystal clear" as it claims....

I am so dissappointed in this item since I waited for them to available for months...I love the idea of the retractable cord aswell as the color...but they failed on me terribly.... one of the earbuds started to produce white noise on the second use!

I have really enjoyed these earbuds. They are comfortable and very convenient for travel, etc. They come with different size buds also. I have used them a couple of times while traveling and have had no problems.

These are so pretty to look at and use. They store really compactly and when I pull the cords to retract them automatically, my dog goes nuts trying to chase them. One note: the earphone cords seem too short to reach both ears when you unpack them, but...
