Samsung Level Over

As a wireless headphone pair, the Samsung Level Over is stellar, but noise cancellation is merely average.

Powerful audio response with rich bass and bright highs. Wireless and noise-canceling—a rare feature combination. Outputs audio in passive mode. Charges via USB, not replaceable batteries.

Not for those seeking massive bass response. Noise cancellation works, but isn't top notch.

If you need the best over-ear noise cancellation on the market, look to the Bose QuietComfort 25, and its cousin, the QuietComfort 20, which is the best overall noise-cancellation set, but it's an in-ear model. If it's an excellent wireless headphone...

Samsung Level Over Review

Okay, so we've covered nearly the entire scope of Samsung's high-end Level series of mobile audio accessories. The consensus thus far has been largely positive, as these products deliver outstanding audio quality – something that of course, is...

Stuffed with a bunch of cool tech features ; Impressive audio quality ; Active noise cancellation suppresses background noise ; Cushioned perfectly to deliver a comfortable feel ; Employs touch controls

You’ll have to fork over $350 to pick it up ; Plastic construction doesn’t give it a premium feel

Frankly speaking, we’re really impressed with Samsung’s performance in the high-end mobile audio accessories arena. We all certainly know that they’re a top-tiered contender in the smartphone space, but they somehow came out of the gate with a bang...

Samsung Level Over Review [Video]

The Samsung Level Over are a very nice pair of headphones, especially if you use other Samsung devices, but the price is steep for what they offer.

Samsung Level Over review

They're headphones for the smartphone generation, but they're not the best-sounding

Comfortable fit ; Sound Alive app is good ; Touch panel controls ; Decent battery life

Midrange is MIA ; Plastic materials ; Lacking a premium feel ; Very expensive

I was disappointed with the overall sound performance of the Samsung Level Over headphones but that's not to say that they sound bad. They don't, and I'm confident that many people will like them. They're bassy and have a zing about them that will no...

Samsung Level Over headphones review

Headphones are everywhere right now, from established brand names to apparent armies of newcomers busying the market. So when a big name like Samsung releases a new flagship series of headphones boasting "superior HD organic sound" - whatever that...

Comfortable earcups and headband, wireless Bluetooth connectivity, noise-cancellation works well without impacting listen

Plasticky build, can deliver an unclean listen, sharp top-end, limited mids, way overpriced for what they are

After a number of days with the Samsung Level Over mounted to our ears we've come to appreciate just how comfortable they are to wear. Which is a good job, because take these cans off and you'll have to look at their shiny, budget-looking plastic finish.

Samsung Level Over Headphones Review

Samsung enter the lucrative headphone market with their new Level range including the flagship Over.

Nicely detailed sound ; Impressive bass ; Attractive design and well built ; Bluetooth functionality ; Noise cancelling feature

A lot of competition at this price ; Sound could be more open

The new flagship Samsung Level Over headphones, quite literally, do what they say on the tin. They are an over-ear closed back design that includes Bluetooth and noise cancelling features. They come in a choice of black or white and the design is...
