Sennheiser Amperior headphones review

 

Vocals came through effortlessly and without blending into the mid-tones, while the more base-y sounds popped in almost arrogantly. In short you will be more than happy with the way these headphones deliver your favourite tracks to you.

The Sennheiser Amperior is far from the cheapest set over-ear cans on the market, but what you get for your money is superb audio quality and a very stylish set of headphones. Definitely worth considering if you want to get excellent audio performance...

The Sennheiser Amperior headphones are inspired by DJ's and designed for the streets. How do we know this? Because the box they came in is covered with that slogan. However, it's a little unfair to pigeonhole these cans to hoodie wearing music...

Superb portables

 

These were cancelled and replaced with something very similar. Originally they retailed for around $250 and were worth it. I got mine for $90(!) factory refurbed in a NewEgg Flash. They looked 100% brand new. They were a steal!

These are excellent portable headphones. Taking the well proven and admired HD-25s and giving them metal cases and lower impedance makes them an excellent portable option. The included inline remote and mic (mine works on Apple devices) is a nice touch...

Soundstage is a little closed in - these are closed back headphones with relatively small drivers (which is the price of portability) ; The way the cups adjust up and down feels deceptively cheap. Not an actual issue as HD25s can take enormous abuse as...

Love these headphones!

 

If you need headphones, just buy these. At $95 refurbished, you're getting a headphone worth twice that.

These headphones are awesome. They have a nice low 18 ohm impedance, so they get plenty loud with a smartphone or MP3 player ; They sound great and are very durable. You will not be disappointed. Especially at this price point
