Sennheiser HD 595 Headphones

Professional headphones to enhance your music

This headphone provides great sound quality with booming bass. It is also extremely comfortable to wear

Some mp3 players may find it too hard to pump any volume into these headphones. The closed-back style of the headphones leaks the sound to the outside

Headphones designed primarily to be used to listen to movie audio with, the Sennheiser HD 555s are a great addition to the collection of any ardent movie fan who wants to watch movies in private while getting the best sound possible. The open-backed...

Offering a solid alternative to the Audio Technica A900s, the HD595s present a warm, slightly dark sound that will please many listeners.

Detailed sound, great mids and treble, comfortable

Leaks like a sieve, Bass was a little lacking

Sennheiser HD595 review

These Sennheisers have been around for a while, but they still sound good, even if they're no longer the best

Superb build and excellent comfort ; good sound quality

Unfortunately, not quite so good when compared with the Grado SR80is

Excellent, open on-ears that will last a lifetime – but there are better at this money

Sennheiser HD 595 review

Music's pretty great, isn't it? You'd be hard pressed to find anyone who doesn't like listening to the stuff -- and yet so many people are content to hear it through tinny laptop speakers or janky little earbuds they 'liberated' from the seat-pouch of...

Great sound quality; very comfortable; smart headphone bracket included.

Extremely leaky; not terribly stylish.

The Sennheiser HD 595s sound smashing, and come at an accessible price. The open-back design has many benefits in terms of sound quality, but it does mean these headphones are very leaky, both in terms of your music leaking out and ambient noise...

These Sennheisers manage to be curvaceous and look sharp. There's Eargonomic acoustic refinement and Duolfol diaphragm technology too

These ‘phones are curvy, comfy and top value – especially good for prolonged ear-melting

Sennheiser HD 595 Headphones

I've had enough. It's been too long since I indulged in a pair of new headphones and I have become over-accustomed with bland, poor quality noise emanating from just about every single digital product in my flat. My fridge has a better bass response...

With so much inter-linking media available, it’s important that your headphones stand up to a few other tests, not just music. Connecting up to your HDTV will help you find hidden depths of sound that you had previously not realised existed. It’s the...

Simply Amazing

just to remind people, these are an open design, so you can hear everything around you,

Sound quality is outstanding. Not only do these headphones have a crystal upper range and powerful lower range, but the sound resolution is superb. These headphones allowed me to hear nuances in music that I never realized existed ; for gaming,...

I would say expensive, and bulky, but they are worth every penny ; it spoils you, you find flaws in all other headphones and stereos you listen to (even bose speakers)

spoils you for anything else

Incredible sound. Works great with stereo, Nokia Nuron, etc ; Reminds me of Klipsch high end speakers

Wires. Spoils you for anything else. I'm currently looking for something to wear that is less obtrusive in the car ; I want THIS sound quality though

Fantastic

All of the best circumaural headphones are open, so you can't really knock the HD595 too much in that regard. I really wish Sennheiser sold the velour pads separately so users could replace them when they go bad, but considering the factory ones have...

I've owned these headphones for almost 5 years now, and I still love them just as much today as I did the day I bought them. Fantastic sound quality, and while they do their best with an amp (I have a Xin Supermacro with OPA627 op-amps), they still do...

The 6.3->3.5mm requirement is a bit clunky for most uses. The open design means you can hear anything going on around you, and people around you can hear what you're listening to ; Not user-repairable - after five years one of the velour pads has...
