These are high quality headphones, but I think my ears are just too small. I have had the hardest time finding comfortable buds that don't hurt my ears and these are definitely not what I would consider optimal for me. :(

Love this item. There's only one thing that could be improved. It's nearly impossible to feel the volume control slider. You must look down to see which side of the slide it's on - which could lead to a mis-step while running.
