They are awful for gaming or music.

I could have returned it, but it would have being wrong, as it does work, the only problem is that is bad. I'll gift it.

Small, comfortable, have a mic

The audio is pretty bad, compared with the other headset they are selling for 30 without a mic. I sat on that one before by accident..... I have a better Ear Force X12 now though

SENNHEISER PC131

Pay the extra, get the PC161 or better.

Sound is decent, microphone sounds ok

The quality of the construction is pitiful at best. They do not fit your head well and are not comfortable to wear for extended periods of time ; Sennheiser PC161 are only slightly more and 40x better build quality

Not worth it

It is definitely NOT worth the forty dollar price tag. If you're going to spend money to get a microphone, you REALLY should spend the extra 30 to get a halfway decent one. I made the mistake of buying a cheap one, and now I'm stuck having to spend...

It has a microphone, and the microphone works ; The sound quality is almost average, but I use speakers anyway ; It has a really long cord ; Comfortable to wear, although it doesn't feel very secure on my head

The microphone quality is terrible. It is bearable for things like Skype calls, but if you want to game with a microphone, stay far away from this one ; The microphone piece doesn't extend out very far, so I always feel like I'm about to bite down on it

Sounds good ...

This is my 5th Sennheiser purchase over the years . Just headphones before . These were a dissappointment .

These have really nice sound quality

Tne mic is not working that well . I've had a period where it was ok .But now even after trying every possible adjustment on games/steam and my soundcard . To be heard I have to hold the mic next to my mouth and speak loudly . These havent been abused

Piece of Garbage

Never buying Sennhesier again.

None, terrible

Stop working properly, within two months. The mic never worked with windows 7 to begin with, and then one day the left side of the headset stopped working

Lightweight Sennheiser

Would I purchase again? I might just look for a heavier built unit..... My wife says, "It is uncomfortable due to the skimpy foam and don't fit right"....I hope it is tougher than it looks......

Sounds pretty good

The ear pieces of foam are a little flimsy and one keeps coming off. The wiring seams to be flimsy too, the gauge is somewhere around 20,22 or so,{I don't plan to use as a jump-rope with it, so I hope it will last}. It sounds good for the moment,...

Headphones

The entire frame is pretty flimsy (or flexible, half-full or half-empty view I suppose!). Once again, if you are even slightly worried about size, try to find one with better fit. I intend to get a new pair in the coming months and I will invest much...

The sound is normal. The cord is long. Nothing has stopped working or fallen off. I have owned this product for a little over a month now

Very uncomfortable. I play video games up to 4 hours at a time sometimes, and they are painful and annoying most of those times (I get headaches from them). I do not recommend buying these headphones if you think you might have an issue with the size...

Budget headset at above budget price

For $30 more I have purchased a much better quality set of headphones. These might be good if you want something decent for VOiP or video calls but I think the $40 price range is a little high.

Mic quality is good, inline controls are nice, and is comfortable to wear. Gave it 3 eggs despite my cons below because they are good a good headset, just not worth $40 IMHO

Bought these to hook to my PS3. The volume was super quiet but pretty clear. Broke the right side headphone off by just tossing it on the bed and now it wont clip back on. Still works but I have to mess with it to make it fit right. Cheaply made

Average, nothing spectacular

These are all right, they will do what you want them to and you'll get nice microphone quality (Be sure to adjust the boost gain) but it ain't worth $40. Also something to note, if you wear glasses, these will get uncomfortable real quick on the top...

Very good mic quality, REALLY lengthy cord, haven't measured it, but a good guesstimate would be ~8 ft at the least. Headset itself is made of durable plastic, and adjustable to fit any size head

Unfortunately, the biggest concern over this headset is how low the volume is on these. For $40 you expect a relatively good "boom" to the sound quality on max settings. Well sorry, but this headset doesn't deliver. Even with the computer sound turned...

Dissapointment

Major Disappointment. Had high hopes based on the 19/20 five stars but I'm wishing I went with something else. The audio quality is fine but that's only half of what needs to be considered with headphones - the comfort level is terrible

They work. Replaced my old decrepit headset with a working mic and speakers. Sound control on the line is always nice

not nearly worth $40. The plastic feels quite flimsy, the earmuffs are that rough foamy material. My previous headset had pretty comfortable earphones. The "swivel" thing is worthless, they tilt the opposite direction they should naturally, and the...
