SENNHEISER PMX40 3.5mm Connector Supra-aural Neckband Headphone

I use these when I'm walking around campus with my zune or in the lab. Its easier than wearing a bulky pair of headphones all the time. In short get these if you need a pair of mobile headphones but if you are going to be in one place with them than...

Sound quality is decent, sounds are clear and bass is solid for headphones of this size

If you have glasses you will probably only want to wear these for about an hour or 2 at a time, but thats what you are going to get from any behind the neck headphones

Shaped for someone else's head

These headphones sound good, but I'd rather have lesser-quality sound in headphones that fit well. I'm disappointed in Sennheiser. Why would they make headphones that are uncomfortable?

Sounds good... Price ; Too bad I can't stand to wear them that long

These headphones are uncomfortable. I don't have a weird-shaped head... and these headphones put too much pressure right behind my ears. There's too much pressure right behind my ears... and right behind that, there's a big gap between the headphones...

Great headphones once you get used to their flaws

Sure that's a big "Cons" paragraph, but it's really just saying the specifics. These headphones are the best you can buy if you don't want to go extremely expensive. I consider myself a bit of an audiophile (I almost died when I was listening to some...

These headphones are real excellent. In my opinion, they're the best headphones available under $70. They aren't perfect and have some flaws. but they're otherwise excellent! GREAT bass, GREAT feel, they feel like they'll last

The cable is not extremely strong and keeps ripping. I've soldered new ones on 3 times already. The plug is long and straight, so it sticks out pretty far. The cable is a bit too long so it can easily get hooked onto something and rip off

Okay-ish

Like others have said they can get uncomfortable after a while. I guess they're OK for commuting and utility/backup use but "at home" you want circumaurals.

Small and solid construction - they don't look like they will break any time soon

Sound quality is not up to what I expected from this brand; I'd say it's below average compared to others in its price range

SENNHEISER PMX40 3.5mm Connector Supra-aural Neckband Headphone

I shouldn't be able to rip apart the metal wires inside the cord with my bare hands without injury. These are bad headphones, lasted only a month and a half.

Good sound

The wires inside the cord ripped apart, and caused them to no longer function. Also causing them to fly across my room at a high velocity into my wall causing them to explode since they are made of cheap materials

Quality Headphones

The quality of these headphones are remarkable. It also includes a long cable for when using with a PC. The only complaint is two little handles for your ears. They get quite uncomfortable after a while but they can be easily pulled out and put again...

SENNHEISER PMX40 3.5mm Connector Supra-aural Neckband Headphone

After reading the reviews on the earbuds of the same brand, I was expecting a lot from these. I got everything I expected. Good sound quality, and actually makes my PDA's lack of bass tolerable, more bass and clearer treblethan any of my other...

OK

Generally good, middle of the road quality. I am going to an in ear headphone because they are to bulky for all situations

Good sound quality, nice deep bass.

Uncomfortable to wear for long periods. no noise cancelling. Can be loud for people near you.

HARD PUSH TO FIND BETTER ALTERNATIVE FOR THE MONEY

Good value for money, hard push to find better alternative, but not without their problems.

Overall good quality sound ; Reasonably Durable ; Look Good ; Usually sufficent bass

Buzz slightly at higher volumes ; Jack connector prone to breaking, fragile ; Occasionaly Bass feels some what lacking
