Sennheiser PXC 350 Noise-canceling Headphones

High-end noise-canceling headphones

The sound quality provided by these headphones is quite good, with music being delivered with clarity. The noise-canceling feature of the headphones is very effective. No sound is leaked out of the headphones when sound is played at high volumes....

These headphones don't perform too well when not equipped with batteries

High-end headphones that provide noise-cancellation as well are pretty rare, and the Sennheiser PXC 350 takes the cake. With durable and lightweight construction as well as active noise-cancellation which uses advanced technology, these headphones...

If you're after a high quality pair of noise-cancelling headphones and can do without the TalkThrough feature found on Sennheiser's PXC450, then the cheaper PXC350 are a great alternative.

Great noise cancelling, comfortable, good audio quality

General lack of control and refinement in the sound, costly

Sitting just below the PXC450, Sennheiser's PXC350 offers a more affordable but still quite pricey noise canceling solution for frequent travelers. Fo...

Good for the money but we're not convinced by its noise-cancelling abilities

Good value for money, driving sound

Noise canceling ability could be better

Sennheiser PXC 350 headphones

Jargon is an inevitable by-product when describing a technology, but manufacturers of audio equipment really seem to excel at making things sound complicated. Take the Sennheiser PXC 350 headphones, for example, they have adaptive baffle damping, which...

Great audio quality, noise cancelling excellent, folds to be more compact

Price will be inhibitive for some

£150 might sound very expensive but for a set of noise cancelling headphones that's not too bad, indeed it's positively reasonable. The quality of the audio and the isolation they put you in is excellent. It's perfectly possible to lose yourself in the...

Sennheiser PXC 350

A very good product that has plenty going for it, but some minor flaws are nevertheless apparent.

Sennheiser PXC 350

Terrific sound quality and good noise cancellation, but a couple of great features have been taken away to keep the cost down

Terrific sound quality ; Good noise cancellation ; Leak-free even at high volume ; Great build quality ; Lightweight

No 'TalkThrough' feature as seen on PXC 450s ; Less inspiring sound without batteries

If you want the handy TalkThrough feature and improved noise cancelling, sell some old CDs and put it towards getting the model up. Otherwise, the PXC 350s are a very good set of cans for an attractive price.
