Great product for people with a hearing problem. My husband has more hearing loss in one ear then the other and this lets him hear really well with out the tv up so hi that I can not watch because it hurts my hearing.

I was looking for just the headset, HDR140, but apparently this unit has been discontinued, so I took what I could find. I have a hearing problem, so the Dynamic Compression is a real benefit. It helps with picking dialogue out of the background noise....
