Transmitter uses battery from phone. Headset:for a larger head, looks like the 1980 headphones! Transmitter sticks out at bottom and can be a problem at times if you workout with an armband holder

THese headphones are the best i have had as far as sound quality. For the price range these headsets are in, they are a great deal and can't beat the sound. you can get just the headphones for $30.00 w/o the adaptor. I love them.

Great battery life, Audio Quality good

You get at least 10 hours of stereo music on a full charge. The audio quality is good, even the bass is decent, although given the size you can't expect really deep bass like you would get on "DJ Style" Headphones.
