Best kept secret by Sony

This is the best kept secret by Sony. I've been using these and it's derivatives for years now, but they're hard to find sometimes because the big box stores all carry the new in-ear style. The sound is amazing, the price can't be beat, and I love the...

low price, great bass, great treble

No More Cable Breakage

I got an iPod Classic 5 years ago and the straight jack broke in less than a year. I bought a pair of Sony headphones like these and they lasted for years before I dropped them enough and they finally kicked the bucket. Got a Zune 120 last year and the...

Finally, headphones with an L-shaped jack that wont break in my pocket. Best cheap earbuds you can find. Period. You're an idiot if you spend $30+ "name brand" ones that are equal in quality. Cord is a soft rubber which doesn't feel cheap

I'm 6'1" and wear baggy/loose clothes with deep pockets, and the 3.3ft cord is just a "little" bit short sometimes. Not a deal breaker though

Sony is a fine manufacturer.

My Zune headphones had recently broken so i had gone on the search for a new pair. I bought a pair of Koss The Plug headphones and another in ear pair from Koss., but they sounded dreadful. My brother has a pair of MDR-E10LP and they sounded much much...

Great Sound, Light, Design, All around everything

Excellent quality

I've gone through three pairs of Apple earbuds and finally decided to go in a different direction. I was truly amazed at the quality of these for such a great price. Particularly, the bass stood out to me when I first put these on. They also feel...

SONY MDR-E818LP 3.5mm Connector Earbud Bud Style Headphone

Overall they are good sounding, but poorly put together, i will never buy these again. The plastic is just too cheap. Newegg was great aw always though.

The quality of the sound was pretty good considering their price

This was the second pair of these earbuds that i bought and both broke fairly easily. Both pairs had the piece that covered the speaker snap off thus ruining one of the speakers. Not only that but they don't stay in your ears. The design is flawed; i...

Great for the price...

Great sound for a small headphone. Clear sound, loud enough bass

Cord a little shorter than I'm used to

not impressed

I was hoping these would be a little better than the earbuds that come with the Creative nano. But I guess I need to spend more than six bucks.

Detailed, good sound overall.

For the price at the time I bought them, I would say these headphones have terrific sound for ear buds. Compared to the Rxxxx xxxxk ear buds I used to use, these seem to offer much more detailed sound (more treble response), and the open air design...
