Absolute Junk

This could be a good set of budget earbuds if the things would stop shorting out.

Cheap. Great fitment in ear

One of the earbuds consistently shorts out and needs to be replaced with a brand new item; I just had my 5th pair of THIS year short out this morning. I've finally had enough with Sony's epic junk earbuds

Good earphones marred by QC issues

"I wrote a review on the MDR-EX55 earphones and later found out I made an error in my report. In that review I mentioned that the problematic earbuds were the MDR-EX52 but it turned out (after finding the old box in my store room) they were in fact the...

Nice buds!

"These buds are very nice and the sound reproduction is excellent! I compared them to the "SkullCandy" buds, and these have a better frequency response and range."

good ear buds

I love the sound that you get out of these, but they need a little work on the comfort and ease of interface to your ear. these sound as good if not BETTER than ear buds costing 4x the price they sell for!

Not worth it

I bought these headphones not quite a week ago, thinking since they were Sony they would be pretty good quality. Their quality isn't horrible, but they're definitely not worth the price. Their performance is more that of a $10 pair of headphones. Their...

When my ipod headphones broke i started shopping for headphones. Since i had never bought new headphones before i went to target and found the cheapest, non-skull candy, in-ear headphones. these lasted a while but the other day i dropped my ipod and i...

OK HEADPHONES THAT I WISH WOULD LAST LONGER!!!!!

I have bought like 4 pairs of these. He likes the sound, but they just aren't durable at all. Some last a while and others just a few weeks. One pair the speaker went out after like 4 or 5 months, second pair had a speaker go out after a year or so...

Good quality, poor durability

The sound quality was actually pretty damn good with this, the problem was after about 8 or 9 months, the right earbud died due to a hardware malfunction (confirmed this with Sony support). The warranty is only for 90 days, I wouldn't recommend it :(
