Great price & sound, not terribly durable.

Great sound, in-line volume is great during workouts, really good price for the quality

Durability. This is the third pair I've had. I keep buying them because I do really like them BUT there is always a weak spot in the cord wiring. It's either right near the plug or at the right earbud. Sony's warranty is short so you just end up buying...

Absolutely awful

All I ask for is a simple pair of earbuds that are comfortable, can be worn around my neck, and have no unnecessary extra features. Look to the MDR-EX57 and MDR-EX56 models for good examples on how to do it right. I pray that you guys make the MDR-EX59...

Fit decently, remind me of the last two models which were great

Y-Type cord makes it an extreme pain to wear them when not using them, volume control ruins audio quality and is useless

Excellent for using while working out.

I usually put these on while cycling or mountain biking and running. I love these headphones mainly because of the volume control on the cable, I don't have to reach my mp3 player while riding or running to change the volume. I also love the three...

Nice... nice

May be a good idea to get another shipping option if you're impatient. Otherwise, an overall outstanding option for headphones - save for those who have a phobia of earbud types.

Overall - very nice headphones. Very comfortable, has options (size wise), very light, crisp sound, outstanding bass, and a slight noise cancelling effect. For the money, these are excellent. Props to Sony

Nothing regarding the item in specific. However, I chose ground shipping for this item and it took much longer than expected (keeping past Newegg purchases in mind)

One of the best

I walk 20 min everyday. The cheap ones are what you pay for. These are high quality, great sound and great fit. For a NYC walk, all I hear is my music. Pay they extra ten bucks and get buds that you actually like.

Best headphones i've ever had!

These are the best headphones i've ever had! i had some sony ericsson walkman headphones from about 2 years ago and they did the job well, but when i got these and listened to them, i was more than pleased. Absolutely GREAT headphones for the price!

Comfortable, rich in bass, and clear in treble

Amazing Sound Quality, Comfortable, and Affordable

This is an incredibly high performing product for under $30. The sound quality is extremely life-like, with a fantastic frequency response of 5 - 23,000 Hz. The ear pads fit perfectly and significantly dampen ambient sounds.

5-star sound quality. Rich bass & balanced midtones. Very comfortable ear pads. Handy volume control. Affordable option

The rubber cable covering gradually stiffens over time. Audio connection weakened as result
