Sony MDR-G57G

Designed to complement Sony's latest Sports Walkman portable audio players, the company's MDR-G57G headset features white earpieces, each with black trim and an orange safety reflector at the rear. These neckband headphones, or back 'phones, retail for...

Lightweight; earpiece reflectors; single-side cord prevents tangles; designed to match Sony's S2 Sports players.

Average sound; no carrying case or folding band.

This headset has the athletic aesthetics of Sony's S2 Sports music players, but its performance is just average.

"Ok for part time use"

ok for wearing when jogging, working out etc. fits snugly. but very weak bland sound. well compared to my sennhiesers and sound system which are midrange. but thats an unfair comparison i know.

fits well, reasonable sound for general use.

"Decent 'phones for the price"

Perfect for runners and the more stylish among us. The only gripe I really have about these headphones is that the earpads are exactly the same cheap annoying ones that come with 2 dollar headphones, but thankfully you can take them off without it...

Doesn't slip, very stylish, very good sound for the price

Pads are annoying and rip easily, cant fold for storage

"Pretty good."

I bought these 'phones, needing an adequate(basic) pair of behind-the-head headphones. So far, these have done just fine. The sound quality is better than average, compared to similar products of the price range.

Decent sound, gold plated connector(on mine), replacement earpads!

Lack of volume control, uncomfortable out of the box(see below)
