Good background noise filtering, OK fidelity."

For office use, or airline use, thumbs up.

This is the only set of noise-cancelling headphones I've used. That said, I put them on at the office, where I sit near a refrigerator and a microwave, and switched them on. Magically, the background drone disppeared

Musically, these lack depth and bass. But for my purposes, just listening to music to drown out hallway conversations, these are great. Even with the music off, it's much quieter around me with these on

do not buy them

I got them at walmart for 34.99 what a rip off!!! I tried them , my mdrv150's sound better!!! They cancel noise but I have to agree with the electronics fan!!! The sound is okay but not great. so, I do not recommend them!!! They do not sound loud!!!

Good Headphones for travel

These headphones work very well. This is our second pair to purchase. They fold away for easier storage. The quality is very good. My two kids use them on our flights. They do cancel out much more noise than some other brands we have tried.
