Sony Clip Headphones - Big sound, small package

The Sony MDR-Q33LP clip-on headphones are part of Sony's w.ear line, a stylish, low-impact line of electronic equipment. The headphones consist of two connected pieces, the base, which contains the speaker, and a earclip piece which swivels to allow...

Compact design, spiffy looks, good sound quality

Painful on the ears after a while, cord tangles waay too much

Sony MDR-Q22LP W.EAR Clip-On Earphones: A Tragedic Saga of Failures, Part 1

Preface

The speakers DO deliver quality sound

you just can't hear it when wearing them normally. Loose fit, tend to fall off

Cauliflower Ear Anybody?

These identical headphones are also available in red and black colors. You can see them on my profile page.

Excellent sound quality, no head/neck band, great for portable audio use

Unique swivel ear-clip design can be uncomfortable over extended periods of use

Respectable Blend of Looks and Functionality

A couple of my friends have had these headphones for sometime, the appearance always struck me as gorgeous and the sound quality wasn't bad at all, but the high price ($29 at Wal-Mart, Target, K-mart) always deterred me. But once my Phillips...

Great looks, switch-able caps, long (braided nylon) cord, sound quality, doesn't

Uncomfortable after a while, fragile feel, hard to put on/take off, price

Gotta Love 'Em

I recently purchased the Sony MDR Q33LP/S headphones because I've always hated wearing headphones that wrapped over the top of your head. These little guys are wonderful. They snap very comfortably over your ear and don't fall off unless you pull on...

Portable, OverEar, Clear

Tangles Easily, Doesn't Cancel Sound

Sony done well.

The Sony W.EAR headphones is (are) a very nice piece of hardware. The customizable caps especially drew my attention, as well as the headphone's apparent lightweight design, and the sheer 'coolness factor' of the headphones.

Stylish Good Quality Sound

Loud to everyone else, Clip on (spring piece) might be irritating, chord tangles

Consumer review by:

Good and comfortable, but lacks in certain area's

Intro:

Comfortable, good sound, convenient, can hear things going on outside

Loud for those sitting near, highs can be slightly tinny... Break easily

Consumer review by:

Sony is too expensive, as usual

Out of all the Sony paraphernalia I've gotten, the items are always very good -- looking. The best thing I've ever gotten from them is a silver AM/FM CD player, which actually works very well and has good battery conservation powers. The stereo I got...

lightweight, good sound, long attractive cord, interchangeable color headphone caps

cord tangles easily, painful after a half hour of use, way too expensive

Great solution for thick hair, small ears, lots of travel abuse..

i'm writing this review with one ear-shell on, the other "clipped" to the top of my sweater. i have to be able to listen for someone who wants my attention at work. what wonderful, practical, entertaining accessories!

Tough Cord. Colourful! Snug, hike& workout w/them. Great for small-ears big-hair

Hard to think of: could use a cord keeper
