Great For Price Range, But Not Great In General

Not good for ipods, phones or other MP3 players. Pocket sized devices will not have enough power to drive these properly and will get very little bass response from them.

I've had these headphones for about 7 years and I use them on my computer with a Creative X-FI sound card so I have enough power to properly drive them. After tuning my EQ The bass is good but not spectacular, the mids are very good, while the highs...

These headphones have a high resistance of 70ohms, because of this it takes a lot of power to drive them and if you use them with a MP3 player or phone you won't have enough power and you won't get much bass response ; I find myself adjusting them...

Wrong Warranty ****

Excellent sound quality

While the warranty on Newegg's website says one year, the actual warrant is 90 days. No idea why they have this information listed incorrectly

Good Headphones 4 the price

I didn't care so much about the cord, because other headphones that bought were short, which was fine. However, they break easily. They are pretty thick which is good, that way they would be able to rip easily. The sound is great. I have music that has...

Comfy, over the ear headphones

The cord is pretty long

They last forever

They hold up to my kind of abuse which is near impossible to find in any headset ; Sound is decent for this pricerange ; 2 pairs and going. Now I use these as a "backup" to some much more expensive 5.1's ; They just don't die lol ; Long cord too

For a 20 dolla set there really isn't any cons ; Anything 40$ and up will sound better but likely wont hold up like these do ; I've spend well over 150$ on other headsets for gaming before so ye... I've been around a bit with headsets ; Ear pads will...

SONY - Studio Monitor Series Headphones (MDR-XD100)

Should have bought another pair.

Showed up on time

Volume is pretty low and the headphones aren't comfortable like most circumaural phones should be. Cord is so long you could run it under the English Channel and still have too much left over

Pretty Good

All in all, this is a very good product for the price. I'd recommend this to my friends.

These are pretty wicked for the price range they are in. They are big, comfy and relaxing to use if you are sitting on the computer. It plays very nicely when listening to louder songs or video games I've learned and the cord is pretty long for...

I only wish that it was a bit more louder, but you won't care much if you turn it up all the way and make sure all your volume settings are high. After all, it'll keep me from blowing out my danged ears anyway ; Also, for those that don't like long...

Sony+Sound Blaster Sound Card+ SRS Audio Sandbox= Taking these headphones to the next level

The sound of these headphones are by far one of the best i could get a hold of for this price. Not to mention they are very durable. Very deep bass, great highs. Great for watching movies and/or gaming. You won't be let down with these headphones! I...

None that i can think of

Amazing Bass

Speaking of the cord, it is quite long. Not particularly a con, but it's way longer than I'm used to. I had to double it over and tape it about every 4 inches. These do come with the old-style adapter for the large jacks, I suppose they would being...

These headphones have the best bass response I've ever experienced. It's night and day compared to my pair of NC7s. They are also very comfortable, I forgot how good full-coverage phones feel

None to speak of. I hope they last longer than the 3 pairs of NC6s I had to go through before giving up. They seem like they will, the cord (which was the problem the two times I had to replace the last model) seems much more robust
