Sony MDR-XB600

New Xtra Bass headphones from Sony that pack lots of low-end punch.

Fairly comfy, Decent styling, Smooth treble, Better clarity than previous models

Lacks bass control - boomy, Pads could be softer

Traditionally I've always been an ear bud headphone user due to the background noise reduction and convenient size. I also liked the fact that you didn't have to turn the volume too much. However, I wanted a high quality circum-aural set for watching...

Everything about this pair of headphones qualify as "pro's". The bass delivery is deep and rich, while the treble is equally delivered. The mid range comes through crystal clear. These headphones allow for high volume with maximum bass delivery without...

Great on-ears if they are on a huge sale.

Since they are on-ear headphones most people will feel it gets uncomfortable after a couple of hours with them on. Bought them on sale after being refurbished for under thirty and would recommend them around that price range if you don't care too much...

Great for a refurbished product. No defects or problems ; Mids and highs are very clear and accurate ; Great design and looks ; Kind of comfortable for on-ear headphones but not one of the best

Bass is loud and booming but it is not as tight or punchy as I would like, it is definitely not for a hardcore bass lover but I don't mind it ; The build quality is decent but the plastic hinges are just a little squeaky/flimsy. But nothing too...

Great purchase

Came looking brand new in an unmarked box along with some soap or something, still don't get the deal with that

It's like living in a subwoofer, the sound quality overall is quite good, noise cancelling really helps in loud areas and they loo amazing

I just got the MDR-XB600's and could not love them more, they sound great and look great. I have yet to find a song including bass boosted songs that have created distortion in these wonderful 40mm drivers Sony has put in the sleek, stylish, and...

Nice headphone than the others

I bought it in Black Friday. I love technology of Sony Entertaiment and I decided to buy it. I feel so excited with my musics and I enjoy it. Thanks.

Best headphones under $100

I have been hunting for over a month for a good set of headphones under $100. I tried headphones in Bestbuy and other stores. I think the MDRXB600 is the best headphones you can find under $100. The bass is tight and pronounced and mixes perfectly with...

Great bass, great sound

Not the best for it's price range, but usable

This specific pair of headphones sounded a bit less what I was expecting for it's price range. The sound it produces is muffled; The lows overwhelms the mids too much and the highs, I can say, could have been a little bit better. The sound would have...

Design is modern

Sounds muffled, Made of plastic, durability is questionable, Wires are not replaceable
