SoundMagic E10BT review

One of the best sets of budget buds around goes wireless

Solidly built ; Great battery life ; Reliable Bluetooth connectivity

So-so sound quality ; Bulky battery pack

Well-made, and with great battery life, the SoundMagic E10BTs are a solidly designed pair of budget wireless in-ear headphones. Their sound quality can feel a little compressed, and the battery pack is a little bulky, but at this price point these are...

SoundMagic E10BT review

SoundMagic turns its E10C in-ears wireless...

Impressive battery life ; Good value ; Great wireless reliability

Midrange insight could be better ; Battery box may annoy some

A fine pair of wireless in-ears, but the midrange could do with more finesse

SoundMAGIC E10BT review: The best budget earphones, now with Bluetooth

The E10s redefined budget earphones and now SoundMAGIC has released a wireless version, the E10BT

Overall sound quality ; Build quality and design ; Accessories

Shirt clip design ; No aptX support

If you’re on a tight budget, check out our review of the £30 Brainwavz BLU-100 . These don’t sound quite as good, but at half the price you can’t go wrong.

Great Value Headphones

Good headphones for the money. Well balanced sound, but lacking in deep punchy bass if that's your thing. Battery life has been suprisingly good and connectivity very easy and efficient.

Good mid range earphones

Sound reproduction is solid but nothing special - equal to most £30-£40 wired phones. I mostly listen to podcasts on the bike (I'm not on roads) so what I really need from wireless phones is: 1) Reliable connection - this is a dealbreaker. 2) Good...

My 1st Bluetooth earbuds - I'm delighted

I have always bought traditional analogue earbuds with a headphone jack and their reliability in my pocket has been very poor. The headphone jack takes such heavy wear and tear on my long walks (300 miles a month) that most fail in less than a year. So...

Great for the money

Really good - comfortable, pairs well, great reception, good sound. Sound can get out of shape and tiring with loud music, but is very good with softer music. Excellent reception allows you to move a surprising distance from the source. The battery...

Volume controls didn't work

When used with any app on my phone, a Samsung S6, the volume controls didn't work, which rendered the earphones useless. I took back into a store and got a refund. They also confirmed it was only my phone (the volume controls worked on other phones),...
