Steelseries Spectrum 7XB Wireless Headset Review

The Xbox 360-exclusive.

SteelSeries Spectrum 7XB Wireless Xbox 360 Gaming Headset

Recently we looked at the Spectrum 5XB, SteelSeries' first attempt at an Xbox 360 gaming headset …. essentially their 5H headset with a clever adapter which allowed you to plug it into an Xbox controller for Xbox Live chat.  Not to rest on their...

PowerHungry!

The LiveMix and the Exact SND features are nice but are honestly useless unless you are one of those AudioPhiles.. Plastic is hard but not really durable in my opinion. I wouldn't throw these around like you would other headsets. Especially for this...

Outstanding sound from these set of cans; the noise isolation is great ; Battery level doesn't affect the quality until the batteries completely die. The wireless functionality is amazingly far, I am able to go to another room with them on and still...

EATS BATTERIES LIKE CRAZY ; While yes it does have the same quality of sound even at low battery levels, I find myself changing into new batteries every 1.5 days! These are not able to be powered by USB, therefore only way to use them is to have 2AAA...
