V-MODA Crossfade M-80 White Pearl Headphones Review

This week we've got our hands on the slightly smaller line of V-MODA 's impressive lineup of headphones, here with the Crossfade M-80 headphones in White Pearl . These headphones have just been launched worldwide and will work splendidly with whatever...

V-Moda Crossfade M-80

Overall strong audio performance at reasonable listening levels. Interesting-looking, comfortable design. Cable is detachable, and comes with a spare. Built-in iPhone/iPad/iPod touch controls

Overpriced. Distorts slightly on deep bass tracks at high volumes. Can sound a bit too bright on certain types of music. iPhone controls are awkwardly placed

The V-Moda Crossfade M-80 offers an alluring, on-ear design and enjoyable audio performance. But with some distortion at high volumes, this pair doesn’t quite compete with other headphones in this price range.

V-MODA Crossfade M-80 Review: The Sound Quality Is Exceeded Only By The Durability

The M80's are an amazing choice for anyone looking for headphones that pump out great sound and will last forever, even in tough conditions. In fact, the only real flaw is an exceptionally minor one in that they get slightly uncomfortable after...

V-Moda Crossfade M-80 Headphones Review

As headphones become more popular as an audio accessory and fashion statement, some companies have been able to adapt to this evolving market better than others. Some lean more towards the design while others cater to the audiophile crowd. V-Moda has...

V-MODA Crossfade M-80 On-Ear Headphone/Headset (Playback 49)

V-MODA is one of those firms that at first blush seems to be European—right up until you discover the marketing tagline that proclaims the company's headphones are “inspired in Italy, designed in Hollywood.” That fascinating set of influences means...

V-Moda Crossfade M-80 On-Ear Headphones Review

V-Moda has just debuted their latest flagship pair of headphones, the Crossfade M-80 On-Ear headphones. This latest pair of headphones have been in development for years and it shows in their durability and sound quality. Looking strikingly similar to...

Balanced sound reproduction. Build quality is outstanding. Comfortable. The remote support for both Apple and non-Apple products with the inclusion of two different Kevlar mic cables. Excels at both high and low kbps audio files

Might be pricey for some. For extreme low end junkies, these may not be the headphones for you

I vowed to never sell a headphone I wouldn’t use myself, and as a producer, DJ and engineer always on the go – M-80 is knighted by quality,” says Val Kolton, V-MODA CEO And we couldn’t agree more. When you hold and listen to the M-80′s and even the...

V-moda Crossfade M-80

Customisable headphones: good-looking and great fun

Custom looks; compatible with almost all smartphones; bassy, chunky delivery

Not as neutral or dynamic as some

V-Moda Crossfade M-80: Sound quality Of course, all that aesthetic finery would be for nought if they sounded rubbish, but in use these compact on-ears are actually very likeable.

great sound

i would recommend this headphone to just about anyone

Excellent balanced sound with good solid bass. good highs and mids as well. nothing is drowned out because the bass is solid and tight. it is not like the beats headphones where the bass is all over the place, it's nice and tamed. the bass does what it...

pricey but thats what you pay for quality ; the position that the cable connects to the headphones is a bit odd. i wish it was placed a little further up instead of the bottom edge. this gets in the way sometimes. this is a minor complaint and others...

Headphone that does work correctly sounds good

One that doesn't work doesn't. Have to ship to V-Moda at my own expense to have it replaced for warranty. Will update if possible when replacement is received

So far so good

I really like the slick design and the handy carrying case that comes with the headset. The sound has been very nice and have heard no irregularity from any audio that I have tried so far. Very sturdy design which is great since I can be a klutz...

The headset doesn't seem to have an adjustable head phones area so I have to wear the headset one way which is ok but the wire the plugs into the headset stretches from the left ear to the computer over to the right. Really just a placement issue. Hard...
