REAL REVIEW

-i would only recommend this headset if you are using it temporary or hardly at all. This is not a headset for everyday gaming

-good for gaming -amazing mic for price

-microphone broke after about 9 months and started cracking causing me to write this review and buy another mic and to never buy another turtle beach headset

Decent cheap headset

If you want dynamic, game changing sound and more comfort, you are going to have to spend more money than this. If you are buying for a child who likes to game and wants a headset, this will get the job done without breaking your wallet.

You get what you pay for. I can play fps's and MMOs and get a good enough sound quality to react to what I hear, and with the flexible mic you don't have to worry about changing the mic settings as much since you can just move the mic closer or farther...

The headset itself (not the sound) hurts my ears if I have them on for more than an hour at a time. The padding is barely padding at all so the headset presses in on my ears. The sound is good enough to get by, but I wouldn't call it quality sound.

Pretty good for a first pair of gaming headphones

It's pretty good for a first pair of headphones. When I first got them I loved them, they were nice. If the microphone worked you'd be looking at a 5 star review but sadly, it doesn't.

Sounds good. When microphone worked it sounded good Long cord choice of microphone or just headphone use

microphone stopped working. after probably i'd say 7 months into owning the headphones. Everyone talks about how great turtle beaches are, and I was somewhat disappointed. It dissconnects and reconnects whenever I move the wire and it's super...

You won't be hearing from me again.

I had ordered a pair of headphones from this seller, and that was back in September. It's now October 14, and it's been over a month now that I have not received my item, nor heard from the seller. I do NOT recommend buying here. Leave now before you...

Ten months isn't bad for the price

I would love this headset if only it would not stop working after less than a year. It is made of somewhat lightweight plastic, but I never felt that that was the most likely failure point. In fact, the lightness added to comfort for me.

-Mic quality was pretty good -Comfortable on my very small head -Good sound for the price

-Adjusting volume with on-cord control resulted in uneven sound balance between ears -Right ear stopped working after ten months of moderately heavy use -Cord connections feel fragile -Noticeable sound leakage

6.5/10

I've had this headset for a little under a year, but just recently, without warning, the right-ear speakers completely went out. Only after a few minutes of adjusting the volume dial and wedging a slip of paper between the dial and the housing did it...

-Affordable (Purchased at $34.99) -Decent sound quality (full surround) -Rests comfortably on the top of the head -Adjustable microphone neck -Adjustable ear pieces -Volume/Mute Control is handy and (was) functional

-Very flimsy. Entire headset is made of plastic and the body creaks when adjusted at all. -Microphone is VERY sensitive and picks up way too much white noise. -Rests uncomfortably on the ears, as the foam is a little too firm. -Cord is very short....

Get a different pair or you will wind up sending this thing back to TB like I did

Comfortable pads Large pads Flexible microphone

Shoddy build quality, item feels flimsy Wires around the cups hold a lot of weight and will fray Poor sound quality

Come on Turtlebeach

They are just good enough headphones for the cost cheap and reliable up to half a year. DONT tug on the wire or let it get tugged hard on chairs or desks it will kill your headphones it varies per headphone though so they might go bad after ten hard...

Good audio quality, nice connections, long cord, volume control on the cord.

These have good audio but the three that i've had have gone bad after 6 to 8 months, they are cheap enough for me to buy three of them in a row mostly because i have had varied budgets over the years and they last for half a year. The volume control...

Really good c:

I really like these headphones, I've had them for about 6 months now and they're super great. Of course they're not mind blowing, but it's definitely worth buying!

not any that I can think of at the moment

Worked fine... about a week ago!

Don't buy into the Turltebeach brand, I'm sure they make fantastic headphone but these are their higher tier stuff. Stay away from this garbage and spend $20 on some Logitechs.

It's cheap.

Right speaker began fading in and out after the first week, became much softer. Mic has a lot of static and poor reception.
