They do not work - do not buy

The headphones simply don't work. It doesn't matter for how long you plug them into the USB, they do not hold any charge at all. Don't waste your time or money. I'll be avoiding any Intempo products in future.

Is there chargeable battery inside?

I bought this item and exchanged once. Finally I had to refund. This item would not hold a charge - despite several hours connected to my USB socket. The charging light came on but once i disconnected - no power. I wonder whether the Amazon received...

not sure - advice

I have yet to be able to use these as charging seems to not hold unless i leave them plugged in via usb - which is obviously useless on wireless headphones!!! hoping it is just taking longer than advised (4hrs) to charge as from usb not mains power...
