Immersive virtual sound environment ; Pristine clarity ; Comfortable design ; Great balance

Slightly bright treble ; EQ switch doesn’t deliver

The Astro A50 made every game title we played more engrossing and entertaining with terrific virtual surround and extremely visceral, powerful sound.

Astro A50 Gaming Headset review

The Astro A50 is ready to play with every device in your home theater. Does its bass boom big enough for its $300 price?

Excellent sound fidelity and mixing ; Soft, comfy ear cups ; Out of the box, connects to anything with an optical port

Variable battery performance ; Lack of separate channels for talk and game sound ; Useful cables and adapters sold separately

great sound, comfortable to wear and they look stylish

they could have put a longer lead for charging in with the headset considering how much they cost and also the price is to high

The sound quality is great. Astro's A50 gaming rig is really worth it's high price ; Simple to connect and use. And the headset won't irritate users head even while playing for hours at a time

For Xbox360 players you need a cable from the headset to the controller. So not really wireless anymore. But for the most of you "not really a big deal

Sound Quality is really good, wireless static is only noticeable when volume is extremely high

Quite heavy due to battery etc. You need to have a USB extension if your PC is any distance from headphone stand
