Had to update this review as I have also experienced the broken plastic piece that holds the headband, so you can't wear it on your head without repairing it. I was able to do so with a couple of wire ties, but it looks a bit sad. Poor quality...

good reception, bad durablity

 

after a month, the headband broke, staples would not provide a refund. AT&T said they would send another one to replace it, however I have not recieved it yet and its been almost a week.

Sound quality is great, which is the most important. Drawbacks: need to dial from an existing phone either with the headset beeping in your ear or turn it on and hang up the headset when dialed... yeah, it's a pain. Also interferes with my call...
