It comes with three different gel ear buds. Does not ever tangle. I've bought them for all my family and they love them to.

This has been one of my worst earphones I have ever used. Everyone's ears are different and this does not fit well with mine at all. My ears are the average size but this thing feels like it's just hanging on. The earpiece that curves into your eardrum...
