Its exactly what I expected

I ordered two of these headsets for the office so we can take part in online conferences without having to hold a standard headset to our ears for an hour or so, particularly as we may need to take notes or use our computers during the calls. Reception...

Gathering dust now

I thought this was ok when I got it but I soon discovered that the microphone is so insensitive it has to be almost in ones mouth. After a few months I got a Plantronics one at half the price, much better.

A disappointment

I needed a headset for my work and chose this based on two raving reviews... When it arrived I could not believe it... it is monoaural!! something which is not stated in the description. You get those for a lot less money elsewhere. I suppose "reviews"...

Product Specifications

If you work from home, have a small business, are a large call centre or simply wish to free your hands when making calls, the BT Accord 20 is the ideal companion for your corded telephone or telephone system. It comes with a noise cancelling microphone (ideal if you work in a noisy environment) and a simple configuration module which will fit most types of corded telephones. It has a 12-position configuration switch for almost universal compatibility. You can easily switch between the headset and handset, and there is also a useful mute function. The BT Accord 20 has a comfortable 27mm leather-look ear cushion, and a neat quick disconnector, which allows you to put your caller on hold while you disconnect your headset from your phone, reconnect and continue your call.
