Seems to work as intended. Audio is good from the speaker and the mic. My only beef would be the setup on Windows. It wasn't exactly Plug and Play. I had go into the Audio properties to turn it on. I like it though!

I bought 10 of these to use at my work. They work great. The headset comes with a USB adapter to plug into your computer. We use these with RingCentral and it works flawlessly. Plantronics make good headsets
