The concept works, but the device falls short. I found the software a little too cumbersome initially, and lack of feedback on the actual headset made calling difficult. Also, it would be nice to see mini-USB next time. Call quality is good though,...

I just bought this item and it works so well for me. I hope in the future it'll be this well. If not, then I can always use the warranted to get a new one, or buy a different all together.

If you adjust the microphone a little, people are able to hear you better. For an inexpensive item, it is definitely worth it for safety aspect! I would probably recommend this item to others.
