YES!!! this batt from TSW also failed in weeks, your also right that they are not worth returning, I bought TWO! will goto the SPRINT website to buy phone batt in the future

These do not work with Nano 2nd generation. The jack is in the wrong place and will not fully connect unless physically held in place. Disappointing.Can't give higher than 1star as it does not match description.

Like I said before, You get what you pay for and this was x bucks so don't expect much. Put in the extra money and get a decent headset.

As stated in another review this headset goes into standby mode and then my cell phone disconnects from the headset - which in the circumstance for which I really need it defeats the purpose - it is illegal to drive without a hands free device in NY...
