I purchased in April 2011 and pretty much enjoyed it until this week when I found that it will no longer take a chager (usually the led lights on the side come on while plugged in to charge but that doesn't even happen, and no it still is not charging...

The wireless headphone is pretty decent. It's good for casual activities but for running its different. It easily falls off. To much movement like jumping or something of some sort. Only has 2 para of changeable ear accessory. The design is pretty neat...

Besides the poor fit in your ear, the product does what it claims. good reception from computer and iPhone.

Great for watching TV while the wife studies, lightweight enough to work out with.
