Great Headset

Unless you absolutely MUST have a wireless headset, I wouldn't waste your money on more expensive ones than this. Its excellent quality at a low price.

Wonderful headset for the price

Great headset, the mic isn't wonderful because it's detachable. Having issues with my warranty, after almost a full year of use the speakers seem to be going out on it.

Great headset not so great replacement plan

Wonderful headset for the price. If you can't afford to get a second, save the money you'd have spent on the replacement plan, because it apparently does nothing.

Incredible sound quality, haven't had a problem with it until recently, one of the speakers continues to cut in and out with the wire being moved at all

I bought the 3 year replacement service plan, and upon requesting the service I was told the item is not eligible. what did I pay for
