Battery works perfectly. Appears to be exactly the same as what came with the plantronics phone. Only complaint, and this is more about the phone really, is that it is a little bit difficult unplugging and plugging in the replacement battery. The...

what can I say it is a battery. Used one month now and still working. Bought 2 extras as they say it is only good for one year.
