No puedo conectar mi ac 859 usb headset a mi laptop, no sale la voz ni el audio, sole se escucha un ruido agudo, necesito que alguien me ayude a conectar y a hacer funcionar esto de una vez , por favor los necesito urgentes, estudio y necesitos...

Parecen buenos pero los conecto a mi laptop y no funcionan, solo se escucha un ruido y no sale la voz ni me escuchan del otro lado

turn off the echo canceling

This out classed every other model in it's price point - those on the other end reported I sounded like I was in the room compared with the electronic/cell phone quality of 2 other common manufactures.
