Jabra EXTREME (Titanium)

Though we've sung the praises of noise-canceling headsets from Plantronics, Aliph, and even BlueAnt, we've sadly not done so with Jabra in 2009 because we just weren't that impressed with its offerings. In fact, the last Jabra headset we were truly...

The Jabra Extreme's features include multipoint technology and A2DP compatibility. It has a dedicated power switch, and the call quality is excellent.

The Jabra Extreme has small volume controls, and it didn't feel very comfortable in the ear.

Despite our fit issues, the Jabra Extreme's advanced features, excellent noise-cancellation, and affordable price tag make it a great Bluetooth headset.

Jabra EXTREME – Bluetooth Headset Review

My first Bluetooth came from Jabra. Because the phone didn't have Bluetooth, I needed to use an additional Bluetooth dongle that connected to it via the 3.5 mm jack. The was the “traditional” design that Jabra used for many years. It wrapped around the...

Excellent headset with great features at a good price.

Excellent headset. I have been hunting for the perfect (as close as I can get) bluetooth for work as a patrolman on duty. I don't want to set a bad example driving around with one hand on the phone, a knee on the steering wheel, and another hand...

Does more than the package lets you believe!!! A2DP is a must have nowadays, includes car charger/USB/and wall charger, has automatic volume control, reads out caller names, tells battery life, connection status, and has great audio on calls

None that I can find, perhaps for people with smaller ears there should be smaller ear piece sizes included on future models. Jabra sells packs of ear gels separately which can be found online in multiple sizes

Steaming is terrible

would be great if audio streaming did not break up so much, if you want it for talking on phone it is great, but if you want the audio streaming you are out of luck...

comfortable, long battery life, annouces incoming caller

audio streaming breaks up constantly

Very Good Bluetooth Headset!! Great Value!!

I use my Bluetooth's extensively for work and play. I normally buy the $60-$100 Bluetooth's with the protection plan with them so when there's a problem I can switch them out. So, over the years I've gone through many brands and types of Bluetooth's...

Great sound quality and features. I love the modern look and design. Dedicated on/off switch. Nice stand alone car charger that has no cords. Good battery life. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars by PC World in the Summer of 2010! Great value for the price

The ear buds intially took some adjusting to get a comfortable fit. Buttons may be a little small (but I also have larger-than-average hands)

"Quality diminished after about six months"

Greatly enjoyed the product at first, but quality declined over time. Purchased BlueAnt T1 today. Paired it with same iPhone. Tested it with the same callers who remarked on great sound quality.

Small size. Great for listening to podcasts. Unpretentious design. A2DP and call volume is very good. Good fit.

Spotty connectivity even when close to phone. Sound quality worsened over time. My callers complained about difficulty hearing me.
