Good solid headset

Easy setup my Avaya ip phone software found it instantly. Great clarity in both both earpiece and microphone good battery life . Bit pricey but a very good wireless headset

Description not Accurate

The description states this wireless headset connects via USB. This is NOT the case. This headset does not connect using USB. Once I received I had to return the headset.

Not what I expected

I searched for a USB wireless headset and this one came up. Good price but what I received wasn't USB. Looks like a good headset for a good price but I have no application for it and now I find that I can't return it.
